ASIS International is the world’s largest organization for security professionals.  ASIS is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals through the development and delivery of educational and training programs.  ASIS also advocates the role and value of security management professionals to the public as well as business, government, and media entitities,  

The mission of the Birmingham Chapter (037) of ASIS International is to provide education, training, and collegeagiality to security professionals, and advocate for security professionals in the business, government, and legislative arenas.  Chartered in 1973, the Birmingham Chapter now has over one hundred registered members.  Our meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (except December) in the Alabama Power building at 600 North 18th Street, Birmingham, Alabama.
